Your Agreement with gb44r

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing gb44r through any device — including mobile phones, tablets, desktop computers, or any other internet-enabled device — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. Your acceptance of these Terms is a condition precedent to your use of any service or feature offered by gb44r, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, casino gaming, live dealer games, and card games.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and gb44r. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document or communication, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

If you are accessing gb44r on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms and that you accept these Terms on their behalf.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of gb44r is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. gb44r operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. gb44r employs age verification procedures and will suspend or permanently close any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18. Any funds held in an underage account will be forfeited in full.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under guardianship, or those legally prohibited from entering contracts, are not eligible to use gb44r.
• Not a self-excluded player: You must not have entered into a self-exclusion agreement with gb44r or have been previously banned from the platform. Attempting to open a new account while self-excluded is a material breach of these Terms.
• Not a restricted jurisdiction resident: You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether using gb44r is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Not an employee or associate: Current employees, contractors, agents, directors, or shareholders of gb44r or its affiliated entities, and their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not eligible to hold a player account.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of gb44r services, you must register a player account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account on gb44r. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.
• You must keep your registration information up to date. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in account suspension pending verification.
• gb44r reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or utility bill. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
• Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have deposits restricted and withdrawal requests suspended until verification is complete.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gb44r account login credentials, including your username and password. gb44r strongly recommends that you use a unique, complex password that is not used on any other platform, and that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• All transactions and bets placed using your account credentials are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised them.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact gb44r support immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. gb44r will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such a report.
• gb44r will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from gb44r and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

gb44r supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees applied to deposits or withdrawals made through supported local payment channels.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available and subject to issuer approval)

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification checks.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly in normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits may take between 1 and 3 business hours depending on the sending institution.
• gb44r does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts not matching your verified identity will be returned and your account may be suspended for investigation.
• gb44r reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals for verified accounts processed to bKash or Nagad are typically completed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal requests may only be directed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into your gb44r account and registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• gb44r reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are deemed unusual in pattern or timing. These checks are in place to protect the player and the integrity of the platform.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

gb44r offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh calendar (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day, and Victory Day). All promotions are for players aged 18 and above only.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each promotion has its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings. These specific terms are published in full on the relevant promotion page before you opt in.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• gb44r reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to a player account. Once credited, a bonus remains subject to its wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or the deposit plus bonus amount, as stated in each promotion) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x depending on the promotion type.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution rates for each game category are listed in the specific promotion terms.
• gb44r operates a maximum bet rule while a bonus is active. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus balance is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

Bonus Abuse

gb44r employs automated and manual systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk (so-called "bonus hunting" or "arbing"), and colluding with other players to systematically exploit promotional terms. gb44r reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend or close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on gb44r are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. The following general rules apply across all gb44r betting and gaming products. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within each product section of the platform.

Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. gb44r is not liable for any errors in odds that are clearly erroneous (so-called "palpable errors"). Bets placed on palpably incorrect odds may be voided at gb44r's discretion.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. gb44r reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice, including during live matches, for reasons including but not limited to data feed interruptions, unusual betting patterns, or match incidents.
• For cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI events, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — gb44r follows the standard rules set out in its cricket betting product pages. Match abandonment, rain interruptions, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes are settled according to the rules published at the time of market creation.
• The minimum stake for a single sports bet is ৳50. The maximum stake is subject to per-market and per-event limits set by the gb44r trading desk and displayed in the betting interface at the time of placement.
• gb44r reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from individual players at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

Casino & Live Dealer Games

• All casino games and live dealer games available on gb44r are operated by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. The specific rules for each game are displayed within the game interface.
• Random number generators (RNGs) used in all digital casino games are certified by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by the player or by gb44r outside of the standard game mechanics.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, gb44r will attempt to resolve the bet in a fair manner consistent with the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Where resolution is not possible, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• gb44r reserves the right to void any casino game result that is the product of a software malfunction, data corruption, or any other technical error that produces an outcome inconsistent with the normal operation of the game.

Card Games — Callbreak

• Callbreak games on gb44r are governed by the standard rules of the game as documented in the Callbreak product section. Players are expected to familiarise themselves with these rules before participating in real-money Callbreak tables.
• Collusion between players at the same Callbreak table is strictly prohibited. gb44r monitors Callbreak game data for collusion patterns and will take immediate action, including account suspension and forfeiture of winnings, against any players found to be colluding.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on gb44r. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent point, including false identity documents, false address information, or false payment method ownership.
• Money laundering: Using gb44r to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from criminal activity, or using the platform in any manner designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Match fixing and insider betting: Placing bets on sports events using inside information not publicly available, or participating in or facilitating match fixing or event manipulation of any kind.
• Cheating and software exploitation: Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market. This includes but is not limited to card counting software, odds scraping bots, and automated betting systems that exploit pricing errors.
• Multiple accounts: Registering, operating, or using more than one player account on gb44r, including creating new accounts to circumvent bans, limits, or self-exclusion.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal claims with a payment provider after receiving services or winnings from gb44r.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward gb44r staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Unlawful activity: Using gb44r in connection with any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to financing terrorism, sanctions evasion, or any form of financial crime.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

gb44r reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal or prohibited activity.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure via the gb44r responsible gaming tools.
• An account being inactive (no login and no balance) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your gb44r account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in the normal manner and the remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. gb44r will notify you by email prior to applying any dormancy policy to your account. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to maintain an active account status and to keep contact details current so that notifications can be delivered.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gb44r, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the gb44r platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings resulting from betting or gaming outcomes.
• Loss or corruption of data resulting from technical failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or inaccessibility of the gb44r platform for any reason, including scheduled maintenance.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or settlements caused by third-party data providers or game studios.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.

gb44r's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit gb44r's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10 Amendments to These Terms

gb44r reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be made for a variety of reasons including changes to applicable law, updates to platform features, changes to payment methods, or amendments to promotional policies. When material changes are made to these Terms, gb44r will notify registered players by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the gb44r platform following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 8.

gb44r will not retroactively apply new Terms to bets, transactions, or events that occurred before the effective date of the amendment, except where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
